Getting Back to Normal!!!
It has been about 3 weeks since we battled the floodwaters at ARF and we are happy to report that things are almost back to normal!
We can't begin to thank everyone enough that donated time, talent, supplies, and monetary gifts to help us through what has been a very difficult time. The Community Clean-Up Day on March 12th was a HUGE success and the efforts by everyone involved were greatly appreciated! As a result of everyone's generosity, thoughts, and prayers we believe that ARF will be able to resume normal business at the ARF Campus on Tuesday, March 29th!
Currently, we are beginning to transfer the ARF animals from their foster homes back to ARF! We are so grateful for the foster families that stepped up to provide safe, warm, and loving homes to our animals during the evacuation and the clean-up and repair process.
The Starpress was kind enough to stop by the ARF Campus to do this follow up story Click Here regarding our recovery. We are also very grateful for them for following us through the highs and lows of our recovery.
Three weeks ago it would've been very hard to imagine how far we've come. We are very blessed to have great staff, volunteers, and supporters that have worked tirelessly, donated generously, and have kept ARF in their thoughts and prayers!
