The ASPCA recently awarded ARF a grant for $5,000.00 to be used for the SNIP (Spay Neuter In-need Pets) program.   Since SNIP's inception in 2007, ARF has spayed or neutered over a thousand pets for owners that could not afford this procedure. With the $5,000.00 grant from the ASPCA, ARF can spay or neuter at least 150 dogs and/or cats.
