Tootsie Roll earns her name in more ways than one. She is incredibly sweet, quite round (we're not judging) and likes to stick to everyone she meets.
Tootsie came to ARF as a stray so we don't yet know much about her past. She is believed to be about 5 years old and a little doodle mix. She is very people oriented and would love to never leave her favorite person's side. Her favorite people are interchangeable as she is easily won over with pets, a kind word or treats! Her adoption fee is $200. It includes her spay, current vaccinations and microchip.
